1About these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the ZYON CHEATS website and of any software, licence keys and services you buy or use through it (together, the “Cheats”). The store is operated by ZYON CHEATS (“ZYON”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, placing an order or using a Cheat you agree to these Terms and to the policies they include by reference: the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, Digital Delivery Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the Cheats.

2Eligibility

You must be able to accept these Terms to use the store or buy a Cheat. By ordering you confirm that you can.

• You are responsible for making sure that buying and using the Cheats is lawful where you live. Do not order if it is not.
• You must give a valid email address that you control. It is where your key, receipts and sign-in codes are sent.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, or decline to serve a customer, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, a breach of these Terms or a legal restriction.

3Cheats and access periods

The Cheats are PC game cheats and an HWID spoofer. Each cheat page shows the game it is designed for, its version, its requirements and its published status.

Access is sold for a fixed period, currently 1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month or Lifetime (the HWID spoofer is sold as One-time or Lifetime), as shown at checkout. A Lifetime key lasts for as long as ZYON sells and supports that cheat. An access period runs continuously from the start point stated on the cheat page or in your delivery email. It is not paused while you are not playing, while a Cheat is updating or during downtime, although we may choose to extend access to make up for an extended outage.

Access ends automatically when the period expires. Buying a new key is required to continue.

4Your licence

When your payment is confirmed we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the Cheat you bought, for your own use, for the purchased access period only.

• One person, one machine. A licence may be bound to a single computer by its hardware identifiers (HWID). Moving it to a different machine, or significant hardware changes, may require a reset through support, which we may limit.
• Licensed, not sold. The software, loader and documentation remain the property of ZYON and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
• End of licence. The licence ends when the access period expires, when the order is refunded or reversed, or when we terminate it under these Terms.

5What you must not do

Except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction, you must not:

• resell, share, rent, lend, give away or otherwise transfer a key, account, loader or download, or use one licence for more than one person or more machines than it allows;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, modify or create derivative works of the software, or bypass its licensing, HWID binding or protection;
• publish or redistribute the software, its files or setup material anywhere;
• pay with a payment method you are not authorised to use, or open a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was delivered as described (chargeback abuse);
• attack, probe, overload or scrape the store, or use it in any way that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.

If you do any of these we may revoke your licence and account immediately and without a refund.

6Third-party games and account risk

The games our Cheats are designed for are owned and operated by third-party publishers that are not affiliated with ZYON. Their terms of service, end-user licence agreements and anti-cheat policies generally prohibit cheats, third-party software and hardware ID spoofing.

7No guarantee of undetectability

Anti-cheat systems change constantly and without notice. We do not guarantee that any Cheat is undetected, that it will remain undetected, or that it will keep working after a game, driver or operating-system update or on every hardware and software configuration.

The labels on our status page and cheat pages (Undetected, Updating, Testing, Detected, Offline and Pending) are ZYON’s own published reports, based on our testing and the information available to us at the time. They are informational, can change at any moment and are not a warranty. Please check the status page before you buy.

8Availability, updates and support

• Cheats may be temporarily unavailable while they are updated after a game patch or anti-cheat change.
• We may update, change, suspend or discontinue a Cheat or feature at any time. If a Cheat is permanently discontinued during a paid access period, contact support and we will review your order under the Refund Policy.
• We provide reasonable setup and troubleshooting help through the support page. Support is offered on a best-effort basis; no response time or uptime is guaranteed.

9Prices and payment

• Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank or card provider may add currency-conversion fees.
• Card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.
• For crypto payments you must send the exact amount requested within the payment window. Network fees are your responsibility, and under- or over-payments are handled case by case.
• Orders pass automated fraud-prevention checks, which can include VPN and proxy detection, blacklist checks and payment-risk signals. We may hold, verify or cancel an order that fails these checks.
• Discount and referral codes apply only as stated when issued, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn if misused.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may correct obvious pricing errors and, if an order was placed at an incorrect price, cancel it and refund you.

10Delivery of keys

Keys and setup information are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, normally straight after payment is confirmed, and can also be found by signing in to your account or through order lookup. Please make sure your email address is correct. Full details are in the Digital Delivery Policy.

11Refunds and chargebacks

Because keys are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited to the cases set out in the Refund Policy. Please contact support before contacting your bank or payment provider.

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, or for an order that was delivered as described, we may revoke the licence, suspend your account, block the email address, payment details and IP addresses used from future purchases, and provide order and delivery records to the payment provider.

12Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in to your account. You are responsible for activity on your account and should tell us promptly if you think it has been used without your permission. You can review and end active sessions from your account.

13Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or any licence, immediately and without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, commit or attempt fraud or chargeback abuse, or if we are required to by law or a payment provider. Except where the law requires otherwise, no refund is due in these cases.

You may stop using the Cheats at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (including the restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) survive termination.

14Intellectual property

The store, its design and content, the software, and the ZYON name and logo belong to ZYON or its licensors. Game names, trademarks and artwork belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the games a Cheat is designed for. ZYON is not affiliated with or endorsed by any publisher; see the Disclaimer. Rights holders can contact us through our DMCA & Copyright procedure.

15Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and the Cheats are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or undetectability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded; in that case the exclusion applies only as far as the law allows.

16Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYON, its operator, staff and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of game accounts, in-game items or currency, progress, data, profits, revenue or goodwill, or for hardware or account bans, arising out of or in connection with the store or the Cheats, even if we were told such loss was possible.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a Cheat is limited to the amount you paid ZYON for that Cheat.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

17Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZYON, its operator, staff and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, your misuse of a Cheat, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party, including a game publisher’s terms.

18Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that country have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer you keep any mandatory protections, and any right to bring proceedings, that the law of your country of residence gives you.

Before starting any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

19Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new Cheats, payment methods or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order; continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

20General

• These Terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between you and ZYON about the Cheats.
• If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Not enforcing a right straight away does not waive it.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor operating the store.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
