In short

1What you receive
Every ZYON cheat is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. After payment is confirmed you receive:
- your licence key for the cheat and access period you bought;
- setup information or a link to the setup guide for that cheat;
- an order reference and receipt.
The same details stay available when you sign in to your account with the email used at checkout, or through order lookup.
2Delivery times

3The delivery email
Keys are emailed to the address you entered at checkout, so please check it carefully. Delivery emails can land in spam, junk or promotions folders; adding our sending address to your contacts helps future emails arrive in your inbox.
4If your key has not arrived
- Wait a few minutes. For crypto payments, check that the transaction has enough network confirmations.
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search for “ZYON”.
- Open the secure link in any receipt email, or sign in with your purchase email and enter your order ID at order lookup. Your keys also appear in your account.
- Still nothing? Contact the ZYON support page with your order reference and the email address used at checkout.
If a confirmed payment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund under the Refund Policy.
5Wrong email address
If you entered the wrong email address, contact support with your order reference. To protect your key we may ask for proof of payment before sending it to a different address.
6When access starts
Your access period (the key length you bought, from 1 Day to Lifetime) runs from the start point stated on the cheat page or in your delivery email. See the Terms of Service for how access periods work.
