In short
- Refunds are generally not available once a key has been delivered or revealed.
- We refund when a cheat cannot be made to work after troubleshooting, for duplicate charges and for non-delivery.
- Request within 48 hours with your order reference.
- Chargebacks without contacting us lead to licence revocation and blacklisting.
1Digital goods, delivered instantly
ZYON sells keys for PC cheats and an HWID spoofer. Keys are delivered by email straight after payment is confirmed and can be used immediately, so they cannot be returned the way physical goods can.
When you complete a purchase you ask us to deliver the key immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any right to cancel once delivery has started.
2The general rule
Refunds are generally not available once a key has been delivered or revealed, whether in the delivery email, your account or order lookup. The exceptions below are the cases where we will help.
3When we will refund
- The cheat cannot be made to work. You have followed the setup guide, worked through troubleshooting with our support team, and we cannot get the cheat running on a system that meets its published requirements. We may first offer a fix, a replacement key, an access extension or an equivalent cheat; if none resolves the problem, we will refund.
- Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Non-delivery. Your payment was confirmed but no key was delivered and we cannot deliver one within a reasonable time (see the Digital Delivery Policy).
4Cheats shown as Detected or Offline
Always check the status page before buying. If a cheat was shown as Detected or Offline at the moment you bought it, we review refund requests case by case, taking into account what the cheat page showed, whether the key has been used and how quickly you contacted us.
A status change after your purchase (for example a cheat moving to Updating or Detected during your access period) does not by itself entitle you to a refund. We may extend access to make up for downtime at our discretion.
5What is not covered
- Changing your mind after the key has been delivered or revealed.
- Bans, suspensions or other action taken by a game publisher or anti-cheat provider.
- Systems that do not meet the requirements shown on the cheat page.
- Not following the setup instructions, or declining to troubleshoot with support.
- Temporary downtime while a cheat is updated, or unused time left on an access period.
- Licences revoked for breaking the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Crypto network fees and exchange-rate movements.
6How to request a refund
Contact the ZYON support page within 48 hours of purchase and include:
- your order reference (the order ID in your receipt) and the email address used at checkout;
- the cheat and access period you bought;
- a description of the problem and any error messages or screenshots.
We may ask for more details to troubleshoot. Requests made after 48 hours are considered only for duplicate charges or non-delivery.
7How refunds are paid
- Card payments are refunded to the original card through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
- Crypto payments are refunded in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you confirm with support. The amount is confirmed with you before it is sent, and network fees may be deducted.
- When a refund is issued, the related key is revoked.
