Acceptable Use Policy.

1Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who visits the ZYON CHEATS store, buys a cheat, holds a licence key or contacts our support channels. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2Permitted use

• Use a cheat yourself, on your own computer, for the access period you bought.
• Follow the published setup guide and requirements, and keep your key private.
• Contact support for help with setup, your order or your account.

3Keys, accounts and software

You must not:

• share, resell, rent, trade or give away keys, accounts, loaders or downloads, or offer them as part of another service;
• use one licence on more machines, or for more people, than it allows, or try to get around HWID binding;
• reverse engineer, decompile, crack, patch, dump or modify the software, or remove its protections or notices;
• upload or redistribute the software, its files or our setup material anywhere.

4Payments, referrals and promotions

You must not:

• pay with a stolen card or any payment method you are not authorised to use;
• open chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith, or after receiving what you ordered;
• refer yourself, create several accounts or email addresses to reuse discounts, or otherwise abuse referral, affiliate or promotional programmes;
• use new accounts, emails, cards or networks to get around a suspension or blacklist.

5The store and its security

You must not:

• probe, scan or test the store for vulnerabilities, or try to access accounts, admin areas or data that are not yours;
• overload, disrupt or attack the store, or use bots, scrapers or automated tools against it;
• interfere with checkout, delivery, fraud checks or other customers’ use of the store.

If you find a security issue, report it privately to the ZYON support page instead of exploiting or publishing it.

6Conduct towards others

You must not use ZYON cheats or channels to:

• harass, threaten, dox or abuse anyone, including other players and our staff;
• run paid services such as account boosting or selling accounts, or compete for money or prizes using a cheat;
• distribute malware, phishing or any unlawful content;
• impersonate ZYON or its staff;
• break any law that applies to you.

7Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been broken we may, depending on the seriousness:

• give a warning;
• revoke the affected keys or licences without a refund;
• suspend or close the account;
• block the email addresses, payment details and IP addresses involved from future purchases;
• report the matter to payment providers or, where appropriate, the authorities.

8Reporting misuse

If you see keys being resold, our software being redistributed or anyone impersonating ZYON, please tell us at the ZYON support page with as much detail as you can.
